Paddle Scotland's 2025 AGM will take place online on Thursday 4 December at 7pm.
The draft agenda for the meeting is as follows:
- Welcome and Apologies
- Confirmation of Quorum (For Information)
- Introduction of Paddle Scotland Chair (For Information)
- Minutes of 2024 Annual General Meeting (For Approval)

2024-2025 Annual Report presented by Kevin Pringle, Interim CEO (For Information) - Receipt of the
2024-2025 Accounts of Paddle Scotland (For Information) - Any other competent business
Following the AGM, there will be an opportunity to engage with a Paddle Scotland panel in a Q&A session.
The meeting is open to all Paddle Scotland individual members. The full papers will be circulated and registration and voting will open in one week, on Wednesday 19 November 2025.
