Paddle Scotland's 2025 AGM will now take place on 18 December.
Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Scottish Canoe Association trading as Paddle Scotland (“the Company”) will be held on Thursday 18 December 2025 commencing at 19:00 via online video conferencing.
All members can attend the meeting and must
register in advance in order to do so.
The agenda is as follows:
- Welcome and Apologies
- Confirmation of Quorum (For Information)
- Introduction of Paddle Scotland Chair (For Information)
- Minutes of 2024 Annual General Meeting (For Approval)
- 2024-2025 Annual Report presented by Kevin Pringle, Interim CEO (For Information)
- Receipt of the 2024-2025 Accounts of Paddle Scotland (For Information)
- Any other competent business (AOCB)
The meeting is open to all Paddle Scotland individual members. All individual members (Full, Recreational and Life) may vote. Junior members may attend but not vote.
Any member who is entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. A proxy need not be a member of the Company.
You can appoint a proxy using the procedures set out in the Proxy Information published within JustGo. The online proxy facility closes 48 hours before the time of the start of the meeting (on 16th December at 7pm).
Registration by members up to 48 hours in advance would also be appreciated to accommodate the administrative effort.
Following the presentation of the Annual Report and Accounts, there will be the opportunity to ask questions.
