REPORT AN INCIDENT

Paddle Scotland works with Paddle UK and the other home nations to collect and review data on any incident, near miss or safety concern that occurs during any paddling or surfing activity across the UK. 

This collective approach to incident reporting focuses on learning from what went wrong and preventing similar incidents from happening in the future. It is not designed to point blame, and reports are treated confidentially.

This data is then reviewed by the UK Safety Advisory Panel on which Paddle Scotland's Water Safety Lead sits. Their Annual Safety Report can be found on the Paddle UK website under the tab 'Update Reports'.
