Speed within Stanley - reminder to members
2 May 2025

Polite request to those travelling on Linn Road in Stanley:

There have been recent reports from local residents of speeding in Stanley by vehicles with canoes / paddling craft. Although we do not know if these are members or not, we would like to take the opportunity to remind everyone to please drive with caution and respect the local residents.

We are lucky to have certain agreements in place allowing us easy access to some of the best places to paddle and would like to ensure we stay on good terms with the locals, and most importantly avoid any accidents.
