The AGM is a formal meeting of members, providing an opportunity to review the work of the organisation over the past 12 months.

The meeting will start at 7:00pm on Tuesday 10th March 2026 and all members from Paddle UK, Paddle Cymru, Paddle Northern Ireland and Paddle Scotland are invited to attend.

Following feedback from previous meetings, the 2026 AGM will again be held on a weeknight.

The 2026 AGM will be a fully virtual meeting with members given the opportunity to participate in the meeting via an online platform.

The virtual meeting will once again be hosted on Zoom and voting conducted via the Lumi platform to keep proceedings as familiar as possible.

This year, we shall be opening the Zoom at 6:45pm to allow members the opportunity to familiarise themselves with Zoom and the Lumi platform and how to navigate between the two, with technical expertise available from the Lumi team.

Agenda items will include discussing and approving the organisation's finances, assessing the work of the organisation, as well as confirming the appointment of new Board Directors.
