CVC 2025 - Thank you!
28 April 2025

The 2025 Club Volunteer Conference (CVC) took place this past weekend, once again based at the fantastic sportscotland centre of Glenmore Lodge in Aviemore.

70 participants from 35 clubs, 20 coaches and 6 members of the Paddle Scotland team as well as multiple Board members all attended the busy two day event.

Workshops this year focused on safety and skill development and groups travelled to Cromarty, Grandtully, the Garry and Knockando, amongst other places.

Saturday’s evening speakers, Susan Low and Steve Foley, regaled a full lecture theatre with their stories of their recreation of the 1975 Nordkapp sea kayak expedition.

Thanks so much to everyone involved - see you next year!๏ปฟ
