SAFETY ALERT
Portencross Castle Harbour, apart from being a scheduled ancient monument, is also a very popular launch point for paddlers heading for Bute, Arran & the Cumbraes.
Parking at Stanley, which was temporarily suspended earlier this month, has been restored on a temporary basis while Paddle Scotland works with the landowner to come up with a long term plan.
