NEW Performance Coach Award Opportunities

Following last week's announcement
by British Canoeing Awarding Body, SCA is keen to share the news of forthcoming opportunities in Scotland.
We are excited about this new qualification which is designed to support you to further develop and refine your coaching, enhancing your ability to use sophisticated coaching practices to improve the performance and long-term development of the paddlers you coach.
We have a new page dedicated to Performance Coach
award information including the criteria, course dates, costs and funding options.
The first step (once you've watched the video and read the course guide!) is to have an informal discussion with SCA Coaching staff where we will explore the qualification pathway to ensure it is right for you. We can also discuss the funding opportunities with you and support you in an application to sportscotland where applicable.
