Club Cultures Survey Results
Through the last couple of months we have run a survey regarding 'Club Cultures' - this was initiated by the SCA Mental Health and Wellbeing Group on the premise that a positive club culture is so important to participants enjoyment and wellbeing.
We had 105 respondents... overwhelmingly positive:

The final question in the Survey was an open text box, asking What could be done to improve the culture in the club? We need to spend a little more time making sense of these comments and create some core themes to share.
Club specific analysis will be shared with clubs where there were at least 6 responses. Wider analysis of the results will be published on the SCA website and social media channels in due course and shared with club secretaires.
